【食】霹雳安顺 - 之最最最:猪肠粉;Best ccf in the country @ Teluk Intan

身为道道地地的安顺人写部落格介绍安顺美食,当然第一道要写的非这。。猪肠粉。。莫属!
安顺非吃莫属的 - 猪肠粉。

目前吃过的猪肠粉,有港式、湿润润的吉隆坡式(配跟咖哩或蘑菇酱的)、梹岛点rojak酱的,这些大都随处可见可得(当然味道好坏区别就因人而异啦)。但就唯独安顺猪肠粉的专有味道就只此燎记这一家
而已!
小时候曾经听说过,云顶室内游乐场食品部有卖过,但吃过的人们都说不是道地安顺味道。过了不久,也听说这家所谓的安顺猪肠粉没在卖了!所以,我也无缘品尝。
目前,安顺猪肠粉应该真是全马只有这一家。

它不很干 - 曾经在梹岛吃过很干身的猪肠粉,当时超不适应的!
它也不湿的 - 不像那种配咖哩或蘑菇酱的,我称之为吉隆坡猪肠粉,因为第一次吃的时候是在吉隆坡,呵呵!
也不像点心港式的那样,有叉烧或虾肉供选的,然后淋上酱油,沾点咖喱辣椒酱吃的)
它却是油油的。白色肠粉里头,还有黑黑一小小块馅料的。(如图)

别小看这小小快黑黑的馅料,它可真是整个猪肠粉精华的所在。没了这黑黑馅料,它就跟其它梹岛、怡保、吉隆坡猪肠粉没什么分别了!

据我所知,这黑黑馅料是由沙葛、虾米和猪油渣及黑酱油所炒出来而形成的。
黑黑的香喷喷馅料,少了它安顺猪肠粉就没特色了。
还有,这安顺猪肠粉是不配酱料吃的,反而配的是醋腌制的青辣椒。带有淡淡醋酸的青辣椒配上那稍微带点油油又香味十足的猪肠粉,简直是绝配!
(当然,倘若你是不喜欢吃这种腌制青辣椒的话,那就另当别论咯。但是,就算是不配这辣椒的话,单单安顺猪肠粉本身就已经很好吃啦!)

不瞒大家说,每逢假日佳节,到这家店来还得排长龙的。因为,外地人都很常打包回乡当手信。所以呢,如果遇上长公共假日或过时过节的时候,要有心理准备哦!当然,安顺人绝不会在这个繁忙时候,跟大家争上一把。再加上,通常在这个时候,猪肠粉的价钱是来得比平时高的!
印象中小时候吃的时候,应该是rm1.20。它每年农历新年一定卖的比平时贵。新年后,价钱会稍微降低少少许,但就会比新年前涨高了点。这样以来,一直涨到今天的rm4.40。
天啊!短短几年由rm1.20涨到rm4.40。人们的工钱如果能像这样的幅度涨升的话,那该多好啊!
某个假日周末傍晚,遇上了小小人群。

燎记猪肠粉(阿立)
猪肠粉都现做现卖的。所以,若有一个人买30包的话,可想而知,慢慢长‘队伍’是怎么得来?
营业时间:礼拜一至六,傍晚5.30pm - 隔天早上7.00am。

One of the must-try, famous food at Teluk Intan is the special chee cheong fun (CCF). There quite a number of CCF shops at Teluk Intan- but seems that Liew Kee (AhLek) CCF is the most popular of them all.

For those who have sudden urge of trying out this for supper. (turn out to be supper’s snack as they start selling from its factory made location when they start making the CCF from dinner time onwards through out the midnight)
Specialty and of this CCF, other than its taste, it is nicely wrapped in newpaper, and price at RM4.40 (up to date) for a pack of sizeable portion for a normal adult. Served with preserved green chilies. This is quite a unique CCF comparing to others in the country. Not sure what is the secret recipe, but definitely there dried shrimps, fried sengkuang and also zhu yao zha (fried pork lard). Some may think it may not worth the price, but it definitely worth a try. Every bite is full of fillings. Each layer of the CCF is so thin and soft. The dried shrimp is not very salty like the one we used to eat. And it is incredibly crispy, I have no idea how it can be fried till so crispy.


Ohh…not forgertting if you planning to buy this CCF during festive weekend, do expect Queuesssss…
