怡保开了间新的韩食馆啦，还是位道地韩国人的料理呢！对于想远赴泡菜国，但又暂时不能到的我来说很感幸福，因为可以暂时在我熟悉的这里找到那熟悉渴望的它乡味道。。。小解那乡思乡之苦（够夸到，究竟我是哪国人啊？！哈哈）

看到那韩国里头很熟悉的 部队锅 Korean Army Stew 부대찌개 吗？还有 石头锅饭、韩式蒸蛋、烧烤猪肉、泡菜炒饭、海鲜葱饼。。。全都是在朴妈妈那里哦。。。

芳芳生日的这天我们来到朴妈妈韩食时代，不瞒大家说，这也是芳芳带的，呵呵。当然大前提是没让她知道这是要满足她噢吧味蕾的生日预祝大餐。

好有‘家’的感觉 因为 那 家的餐牌，嘻嘻
不1的小菜，有莲藕、还有蛋饼（吧）

从外面走进去，玻璃门上甚至里面的小墙处可以看到好多韩、汗文字。虽然我会念韩语，但是对于还是初级的我来说是看不明白，这天也没心情去念1念，因为要试新菜式，lol。

芳芳要了部队锅，今天她可大了，所以1定点。（从来谁敢得罪她？哈）当中哈韩的大伙儿都吃得不亦乐乎，大家似乎很喜欢这样的1道。（后来把这地点告诉了哈韩亲姑霟，1听到部队锅就眼前1亮，原来这么多人情种韩式部队锅呀，呵呵。因为其实哈韩的我是还好，可能就对那加工食物 - 热狗、拉面煮在1起，从不感太大兴趣，终觉得是不健康食品，嘻嘻。好像吃到很健康酱（摇头中）话说回头，这部对锅里头还有放茄汁豆的呢？像很足料酱。

我们1行共6人，除了部队锅，还点了石头锅饭、烧烤猪肉、泡菜炒饭和海鲜葱饼，后来店家免费送上韩式蒸蛋（好好哦，加分，lol）。

友人臻对店家送的韩式蒸蛋似乎特别喜爱，我也是。韩式蒸蛋和我家、日式蒸很不1样。端上的时候还热乎乎冒着烟，有照片为证呢！
虽然这家韩馆的烧烤没能呈现在眼前（就没有那吸油烟筒啊），可是味道好好吃。（毕竟是出自远嫁他乡的韩国人 - 朴妈妈的味道啊，怎样都不会太差的，嘻嘻）
海鲜煎饼也很到味，虽然我个人是较喜欢酥脆些，但我相信每家每户韩国人的厨艺不1，酥脆度当然有别，和我喜爱的虽然有偏差，但是还是我喜欢的范围内；不像某某韩式馆，煎得1点都不酥，更别说脆，还像在尝面粉糕的感觉，啊，那种绝对不行，是我接受不了的。曾经在韩国济州岛吃的是酥脆到没有没有。

其实呢，墙上贴了‘参鸡汤삼계탕samgyetang’的照片，被我俯视眈眈很久了，我超想点的，可是呢这天大家也都饱了，唯有等下次了。我可还未在大马找到心中可以媲比的韩式‘参鸡汤삼계탕samgyetang’啊。目前吃过的不是人参味不足，或者是没有（糯）米饭粒，再来就料（红枣、白果）不够。好怀念‘土俗村参鸡汤’的味道啊！好，锁定目标삼계탕，就下1次。

Found a new korean restaurant opened by a korean couple whose wife is a korean. Thus u can imagine how authentic their food are and solved my recent craved of korean food and most importantly saved the spent to fly all the way to Korea for its food especially....(please spare sometime and read down, hehee) 

can u recognise Korean Army Stew 부대찌개 吗？also bibimbap, korean style steam egg, kimchi fried rice, korean seafood pancake? U can find all this at Park Mama Restaurant now.

thank to dear chingu Fongfong. Though we are here to throw her a pre birthday lunch, she brought us here without knowing our main purpose of birthday surprise for her here.

Feeling at home because of the 'home menu' on the wall, hehe.
Their appetiser is so uniqur and different upon my every visit here. We had lotus root, pancake? this round.

U can see a lot of hanguls on the glass wall from outside, also together with hanja inside the restaurant. I know how to read hanguls but I was not at it the first visit here as I was excited trying the authentic korean food (I have confident in it though even upon my first try here. Do not ask me why as u know girls have good 6th sense, hahaa)

Fongfong wanna try Korean Army Stew and of course we never dare to say no to her. Furthermore on her surprise birthday treat. I never fancy of this korean dish because of its processed food like hotdog and ramyeon and yet I found my friends are enjoy having it especially Honghong's eyes were blinking when sharing with her bou a new authentic korean restaurant serving Korean Army Stew, lol. Anyway, everyone is satisfied with this and u can actually find baked bean in it.

There were 6 of us and we also had bibimbap, bbq pork, kimchi fried rice and seafood pancake. And there's one adding point for the restaurant as the boss FOC us a bowl of korean style steamed egg. We were shocked and happy to try this new stuff. My first time, hehee.

Chinchin was delighted to have this korean style steamed egg and it is different from the one that I used to like japanese style and homecook one. U can notice the difference even from the picture above.

Their bbq pork is so authentic and served with lettuce, garlic, sliced green chillis and daejang sauce though u cannot see the meat done in front of u as their restaurant do not come with the kitchen hood like the one we use to.

Their seafood pancake is also up to my liking though I actually prefer a crispier version that I have shared earlier on. But I believe every korean serves it at slight different way as long as it is not cooked and tasted like a cake! (There was one restaurant I went, (I never blog bou something I do not like), it is so famous (even now) but so far I find it is not authentic enough though I have tried there twice. It was claimed that one of the shareholders is a korean, but all cooking is done by foreigners. Well, it is not about who cook it but just that I doubt their recipe is true korean taste or not. Most time I ll have some little expectations of the food I eat as I pay no cheap for it. As we all know, korean food is always expensive. Talking bou authentic also, I just remember this not authentic restaurant also serve 'localised' appetiser. I was disppointed looking at the appetiser But one thing is good bou this non authentic korean restaurant is they has good service. Well, it is not enough, my hubby might go back for their service but not a authentic korean food eater like me. I am not saying that I am good at appraising korean food. Food liking is so subjective all the time and I am just sharing my humble opinions and I hope that this ll not offend anyone of u who are reading this. Hehee)

There's this picture of 삼계탕samgyetang on the wall that looks attractive and authentic enough. I have been looking for an authentic 삼계탕samgyetang all the time ever since back from Kimchiland in year 2014 (tried TuSeokChun's 삼계탕samgyetang in Seoul). However, everyone was full thus gonna reserve it for the next trip dy. Well, I am surely be back again, very soon. Hehee.
